Computer-assisted structural analysis of regular polysaccharides

چکیده
A computer program, CASPER, for structural analysis of oligoand polysaccharides has been developed. Simple chemical analyses and NMR data (1H and/or 1 3 C NMR chemical shifts and l J C , H and 3 J H , H coupling constants) are used for determination of the structure.
